Our Refractory Bed Material is a Low Ferric High-Temperature material, which is made from super heat duty refractory aggregates of high alumina contents and dense texture.
Our bricks are manufactured using the premium grade raw material to ensure their high performance, such as clay of suitable composition with low lime and iron content, flint, feldspar or sand and vitrified at high temperatures in ceramic kilns and are divided in two types Class I and Class II.
These are made from high-purity refractory clays with granulated additions of alumina for the higher temperature-rated products. They are suitable for applications at service temperatures ranging from 1250°c to 1850°c. They can be directly exposed to flame, and combustion.
This is a block of refractory ceramic material used in lining furnaces, kilns, fireboxes, and fireplaces. It usually contains 30-40% alumina and the primary raw material is usually chamotte with other materials.
Our Fire Clay & High Alumina mortar is manufactured using high standard of fireclay materials, which greatly add to its strength and performance. This refractory mortar is the best choice for high temperature fireplace, ovens, kilns, furnaces, and chimney construction. Mortars like AR set 50, AR set 70 are suitable for different types of insulation and fire bricks.
These bricks are pressed in 150 MT presses and then fired in a tunnel kiln on a temperature ranging from 1450 °C and above. We manufacture High Alumina Fire Bricks in standard as well as customized sizes.
